The program
Five years. A lifetime of leverage.
One institute, two sides — aviation and skilled trades — sharing a single campus and a single idea: by the time you finish, you should own part of what you built.
Shared core
Safety, technical fundamentals, hands-on workshops on both sides of campus, business basics, and financial literacy — everyone flies and everyone builds.
Full certification
Specialize across one or both sides at your own pace. By the end of Year 4 you hold every certification you set out for — aviation, trades, or both.
Capstone & ownership
Work inside an Oasis division or build the business plan for your own. Enroll in the employee-ownership plan; your retirement annuity is already growing.
Two tracks
Both wings are open to you.
Every certification below is on the table. Most students cross the quad both ways.

- Fixed-wing pilot license & certification
- Rotor-wing (helicopter) license & certification
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Aircraft maintenance technician training
Build & service
- Metal fabrication
- General construction
- Well drilling operations
- Well pump maintenance & replacement
- Water filtration systems
- Plumbing apprenticeship
- Electrical apprenticeship
- Auto & diesel mechanics
Employee ownership
You don't just graduate. You vest.
Oasis is structured as an employee-owned company. Students aren't customers here — they're future shareholders.
ESOP enrollment
Complete Year 4 and you're enrolled in the employee stock ownership plan — an owner of the company that trained you.
Annuity from the start
A retirement annuity is opened for you when you begin, and company revenue feeds it while you train. Your retirement is older than your career.
No-debt model
Tuition is covered by the company's investment in its own future workforce — you leave with certifications, not loans.
The division launch
Take Oasis with you.
Graduates who want to run their own operation can launch an Oasis division anywhere — with the institute's certification, brand, and financial backing behind them.
Prove it
Pass the Oasis knowledge certification — the standard that keeps every division worth the name.
Plan it
Submit your division business plan for review and approval by Oasis leadership.
Fund it
Receive seed capital and financial backing, structured to fit the division — with Oasis brand licensing, insurance, supply chain, and mentorship included.
Run it
Operate under the Oasis umbrella with the option to spin off later — while your ESOP shares and annuity keep working either way.
Apply
Open to everyone. Seriously.
No age limits, no background requirements, no experience needed. If you're willing to learn with your hands, there's a place on this campus for you. Full admissions detail
What happens next
We'll set up a campus conversation — walk both wings, meet instructors, and map which certifications fit the life you're trying to build.
